In the far north of Mozambique, you will find the ultimate exclusive island escape at the Quirimbas Archipelago. This is probably one of the most secluded and exclusive beach destinations that the world has to offer. The archipelago comprises 30 islands, just off the coast of Pemba. White stretched out beaches with lazy palm trees and turquoise water. With most of the 27 coral islands uninhabited there are only a few options in terms of accommodation, which means you are likely to have almost the entire island to yourself! The islands are now accessible by light aircraft, and flights can be taken from Pemba. The ultimate remote romantic beach experience or an exclusive break-away for the entire family.

The tropical climate of Mozambique ensures sunshine and warm weather (30°c/86°f) throughout the year, but more rain is likely during the summer months (November to April) with the wettest months being January and February. To target the drier months we recommend planning a visit between May and September, however you will not be disappointed with this tropical island paradise whenever you choose to visit.
