This itinerary will take you from one extreme to the next. Never quite knowing what to expect your senses will be delighted with varied landscapes from lush bush to the dry arid kalahari. Game viewing at its most spectacular.

Day 1 – 3
Guests will fly directly into Livingstone, Zambia. A road transfer will take you 15 km upstream from Victoria Falls to Tongabezi Lodge – a unique , secluded, luxury lodge. If you are looking for a small intimate unique lodge then this is the one for you as it is surrounded by African ebony trees with magnificent views of the beautiful Zambezi River.
Day 3 – 6
On day three you will be transferred by road from Zambia to Botswana into Kasane Airport. A short flight from Kasane will take you to Zarafa camp where you will enjoy a three night stay. This beautiful camp is situated under the shade of an Ebony Tree overlooking the Zibadianja Lagoon on the far eastern edge of the private 320,000-acre Selinda Reserve. The 8 en-suite bedrooms have indoor & outdoor showers, a fireplace, verandah’s with private plunge pool & jacuzzi. Guests will be able to explore the area on 4×4 day & night game drives, boat cruises and walking safari’s.
Day 6 – 9
On day six guests will be transferred by light aircraft from Zarafa to Vumbura Plains. This contemporary lodge in the heart of the Okavango Delta with raised decks and 360 degree views allows guests to game view from the comfort of the lodge. The lodge has 14 extra large rooms with en-suite bathrooms consisting of both indoor and outdoor showers. Off the sala guests can relax outside on the deck with their own private plunge pool taking in the smell, sound and views of their surroundings. Activities at Vumbra Plains are varied and offer both land and water based all year-round. They include 4X4 Game Drives both during the day and night. Birding, Walking, Boating, Mokoro and fishing which is seasonal on a catch-and-release basis.
Day 9 – 11
On day nine guests will be transferred via light aircraft from Vumbura Plains to Jack’s Camp. This harsh contrast from the Delta to the dry arid land of the Kalahari is all in the experience of what Botswana has to offer. This classic 1940’s styled camp is an oasis and one of the best places to explore the Makgadikgadi Pans, spend time with the Bushmen and have a quirky experience with Meerkats. In the rainy season guests can enjoy the second largest migration in the world. The camp has ten tents in total. The large spacious canvas tents consist of seven twin and three double all stylishly decorated with en-suite bathrooms and indoor and outdoor showers. On day eleven you will be transferred from Jack’s camp via aircraft to Maun Airport for your own onward travel requirements.
